Using Fetchfree
Fetchfree is a UK marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. By using the platform you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. You must be 18 or over to create an account or post adverts.
Your adverts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for ensuring items comply with UK law. Fetchfree reserves the right to remove any advert that is misleading, prohibited, or breaches our policies. Listings may expire after a set period unless renewed.
Fees
Posting adverts is free. Optional paid promotions and Pro subscriptions are charged as shown at checkout. Fees include VAT where applicable and are non-refundable unless required by law.
Buying and selling
Transactions take place between buyers and sellers. Fetchfree facilitates communication but is not a party to your agreement. Always inspect items in person where possible and keep communication on the platform.
Pro subscriptions
Pro plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account and retain access until the end of your billing period.
Account responsibility
Keep your login secure and do not share it. You are responsible for activity on your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Limitation of liability
Fetchfree is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from transactions between users, or from use of the platform beyond fees you have paid us.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
